Notifications
Notification bell
The bell icon in the top-right corner of the app shows your unread notification count. Click it to see your most recent notifications at a glance.
Full notifications page
Click View All at the bottom of the notification dropdown to open the full notifications page. Here you can browse your complete notification history, sorted from newest to oldest.
What you will be notified about
- Schedule changes — When a call slot or shift assignment is added, removed, or modified.
- Swap request updates — When someone requests a swap with you, when your swap is accepted or rejected, and when a chief or admin gives final approval.
- Time-off request decisions — When your vacation, no-call, or other time-off request is approved or rejected.
- New schedule publications — When your program publishes a new or updated schedule for an upcoming block.
Managing notifications
- Mark as read — Click a notification to mark it as read, or use the “Mark all as read” option to clear your unread count.
- Delete — Remove notifications you no longer need to keep your list clean.
Email notifications
Important events — such as schedule changes and request decisions — may also be sent to your email address on file. Email notifications are controlled by your program’s settings.
If you are not receiving email notifications, check that your email address is correct on your profile page and that notifications are not landing in your spam folder.
