SupportReporting Bugs

Reporting Bugs

CallGrid includes a built-in help menu that makes it easy to report bugs and suggest improvements directly from the app.

Using the Help Menu

  1. Click the ”?” icon in the top-right corner of any page.
  2. Select “Report a Bug” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Fill out the bug report form and submit it.

Your report is sent directly to the development team as a GitHub issue.

What to Include

A good bug report helps us fix the problem quickly. When submitting a report, include:

  • A clear title describing the issue (e.g., “Schedule fails to generate for Block 3”).
  • Steps to reproduce the problem. Walk us through exactly what you did.
  • Expected behavior — what you thought would happen.
  • Actual behavior — what happened instead.
  • Error messages — copy and paste any error text you see on screen.

The more detail you provide, the faster we can fix the issue. Include the page you were on and what you were trying to do when the problem occurred.

What Happens Next

Once you submit a bug report:

  1. Your report is created as a GitHub issue and reviewed by the development team.
  2. We triage the issue based on severity and impact.
  3. You may be contacted for additional information if we need help reproducing the problem.
  4. Fixes are deployed as part of regular updates.

Suggesting Features

Have an idea for improving CallGrid?

  1. Click the ”?” icon in the top-right corner of any page.
  2. Select “Suggest a Feature” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Describe your idea and how it would help your program.

Feature suggestions are reviewed and prioritized based on demand and feasibility.
