Navigating the Dashboard

Overview

The dashboard is your home base after signing in. It shows your program info, who is on call today, and quick links to everything you need.

Program card

At the top of the dashboard you will find the program card. It displays your organization and program name. If you are an admin or chief, you can switch between academic years from here.

Who’s On Today

The Who’s On Today widget shows which residents are currently on call or on rotation. It updates in real time, so you always know who is covering what.

Quick Access

Your most-used tools are pinned at the top of the dashboard. You can pin up to three tools for fast access.

Below that, the All Tools section shows everything organized by category:

People — Team management, resident roster
Setup — Roles, services, rotation blocks
Rules & Integrations — Scheduling rules, import tools, notifications

Jump To search

Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows/Linux) to open the quick search. Type the name of any page or feature and jump to it instantly.

Click the ? icon in the top-right corner to access:

Report a Bug — File a bug report directly from the app.
Suggest a Feature — Submit a feature request.
Documentation — Open these docs.

Notifications bell

The bell icon in the top-right corner shows your unread notification count. Click it to see recent notifications about schedule changes, swap requests, and other updates.
