Your Profile

Accessing your profile

Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select Profile from the dropdown menu.

What you can edit

From the profile page you can update:

  • Name — Your display name shown throughout CallGrid.
  • Email — The email address used for sign-in and notifications.

Your PGY level and color are managed by your program admin and cannot be changed from the profile page.

Your assigned color is used throughout the schedule to identify your slots at a glance.

Connected accounts

The Connected Accounts section lets you link external sign-in providers to your CallGrid account. Once linked, you can use that provider to sign in directly instead of entering your email and password.

Linking a provider

  1. Open your profile page.
  2. Scroll to Connected Accounts.
  3. Click Link next to the provider you want to add (Google, Microsoft, or Apple).
  4. Complete the sign-in flow with that provider.

Once linked, the provider appears as connected and you can use it to sign in from the sign-in page.

Which providers are available depends on your program’s settings. Your admin controls which social sign-in options are enabled.

Unlinking a provider

To remove a linked provider, click Unlink next to the provider name. You can unlink a provider as long as you still have at least one sign-in method remaining — either your email and password or another linked provider.

Changing your password

To update your password:

  1. Open your profile page.
  2. Scroll to the password section.
  3. Enter your current password and your new password.
  4. Click Save to confirm the change.
