My Schedule page

Navigate to My Schedule from the dashboard. This is your personal view of all your assignments across blocks, roles, and services. Everything on this page is specific to you — you will not see other residents’ assignments here.

Call mode view

If your program uses call scheduling, the call mode view shows:

• Call shifts — Each date you are on call, the role you are filling (e.g., Day Call, Night Call, Night Float, Jeopardy), and which block it belongs to.
• Service assignments — Which clinical rotation you are assigned to for each block.
• Time-off status — Any approved time-off days are marked on the calendar so you can see them in context with your call assignments.

Shift mode view

If your program uses shift scheduling, the shift mode view shows:

• Upcoming and past shifts — A chronological list of your shifts with location and times.
• Hours worked — How many hours you have worked this week compared to the program average, helping you track workload balance.

Call count

Your schedule page displays your total call count for the current block alongside the program average. This makes it easy to see at a glance whether your call load is balanced relative to your peers.
